Thanks to generous and committed support from patrons like you, the US Chapter is able to continually help and assist the greater Nepal House Society operate the Nepal House Girls School, which opened in May 2011. 

NEPAL HOUSE GIRLS SCHOOL (2011-)

The school will grow one grade at a time, every year.  Planning started in 2010 to secure the location, hire a teaching staff, secure student materials, work with the government on accreditation, and ultimately -- build the first classroom!

The combination of providing both counseling and academics is unique to the region and is receiving attention because of the historical counseling work that Nepal House has provided to children in different facilities.

We've only just begun making a difference in the region, but are excited about where we're headed.  Please check back with us often!
